Our campsite is set within 15 acres of rural woodlands, we offer back-to-basic camping facilities, grassy pitches and the opportunity to enjoy a campfire with your family and friends. Roast marshmallows under the vast open Norfolk skies, star gaze, play games and don't forget to bring your dog along with you!

Sit at the dining table inside the hut, relax in the deck chairs outside, or gather around the fire pit in the evening to take in the views across the rolling landscape. Your shepherd's hut is perfect for you no matter the season, providing warmth and cosiness in the winter and fresh air and cooling in the summer.

All sorts of romantic activities and sights are within easy reach of your hut. Only a three-minute stroll away, the beach provides the perfect backdrop for a romantic evening on the town. Take a bottle of wine and relax together in the peaceful countryside whilst you spend quality time together. After the sun goes down and the wine is gone, you can stroll back hand in hand to your cosy shepherd's hut.

North Norfolk Glamping Shepherds Hut Details

Our Glamping Shepherds Huts have been handcrafted by a team of skilled craftsmen and are located just outside of the quiet countryside Town at Holt, just down the road from the beautiful Holt Country Park and not far from the Norfolk Broads!

Each hut is designed to replicate the rustic and historical nature of generations of Shepherds Huts while including the modern conveniences and creature comforts of glamping. The windows provide great airflow into the hut, and the walls are well-insulated to keep heat in when the weather is cold and out when it's hot.

Each Glamping Shepherds Hut comes with a double bed, kitchenette, bistro dining table, outside area with deck chairs, and a fire pit. Guests staying in your Glamping Shepherds Hut also have access to the shared facilities with he campsite as well as their own wild outside showers. Please keep in mind that the site has no electric and no internet as we are a back-to-basics campsite with the aim of reconnecting visitors with nature and preserving the delicate balance of the local ecology as much as we can. Glamping water and electric can at times be troublesome, so if you have any medical conditions that require the use of this infrastructure, please do not rely on these facilities being stable as they are in domestic use and we can not guarantee a constant 24 hour supply.
