The main beach in the town of New Hunstanton is a great place to take the family, with plenty of activities and attractions for kids to enjoy. The beach is covered in shingles and can get busy, but it's worth it for the fossils that can be found along the shoreline and the sea creatures in the rock pools. Dogs are not permitted from 10th April until 31st October on the Power boat ramp (near Searles). We recommend taking your dog on a walk on the Norfolk Coast path instead during this time.
