The Norfolk Coast Path is the perfect walk for hikers that explore the breadth of the Norfolk Coast. Stretching from Hunstanton to Great Yarmouth, the coast path is a rambling adventure that will take you across beaches, along clifftops, and through forests on your journey in Norfolk's Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. And our site on the outskirts of Holme-next-the-Sea is the ideal place to start your journey, as it's located right at the start of the path! Come along with nothing but your tent and hiking gear, and we'll provide an excellent pitch for you to get a good night's sleep in before starting your journey!
Or, if you're going the other way, our site will be a welcome end point to your adventure, where you can rest, recouperate, and celebrate after your journey across the coast. And with bus links just down the road, you can even stay for a few days after your hike and see the various attractions in the area!
This site is also in a prime spot for bikepackers cycling along the Rebellion Way, an epic journey following two famous Norfolk rebellions! The route passes just south of the site, so we're in an ideal spot for a night break before you continue along the Rebellion Way!
Norfolk Coast Path Camping & Glamping is a simplistic campsite in Norfolk's Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and only a short distance away from the coast. A Hiking Tent Pitch is for maximum 2 people, with 1 person included in the
pitch price. There is no parking for a car included with this pitch.
Our natural campground comes with amenities and facilities to make your stay comfortable while also letting you enjoy the unique natural experience of camping. We have toilets and showers, as well as fresh drinking water. We welcome all dogs to our campsite, but we politely ask that they be kept under control at all times to respect other guests, their pets, and the local wildlife. If you would like to bring your dog or dogs to our campsite, please choose that option when making your booking online. Campfires, fire pits, and BBQs are allowed (following site rules), and the village centre is within walking distance if you need to go to the shops.
If you'd like to park a car on-site, you'll have to add the option when you make your booking online. Please note: Parking next to the pitch is not prohibited for safety reasons; you must park in the designated parking areas. You can check in earlier than the allotted times, just choose the option when you book. Please keep in mind that the site has
no electric and no internet as we are a back-to-basics campsite with
the aim of reconnecting visitors with nature and preserving the delicate
balance of the local ecology as much as we can. Camping water
and electric can at times be troublesome, so if you have any medical
conditions that require the use of this infrastructure, please do not
rely on these facilities being stable as they are in domestic use and we
can not guarantee a constant 24 hour supply.
