    What are the arrival and departure times?

    Please be aware that Check-in and Check-out times vary slightly from property to property. For At Norfolk Coast Cottages and Camping, you can arrive as early as 5 pm, including late evening, but please be sure to vacate the property by 11 am so that our team can have enough time to service the accommodation between lets. We hope you have a pleasant stay!

    Do your properties have accommodations for guests with disabilities?

    Our Norfolk seaside cottages and chalets are on one level with parking nearby which can suit less mobile guests. However, there are no specific disability aids such as grab rails installed and the doors from the open plan lounge are narrow, so they may not be suitable for guests in wheelchairs. If you have any questions or concerns about accessibility, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to help in any way we can.

    Are your properties suitable for children?

    Absolutely! All of our properties are suitable for children. We understand that families often vacation together and we want to make sure that everyone has a memorable and fun experience while they're here. Our staff is trained to be accommodating and our facilities are designed with families in mind.

    Are your properties suitable for dogs?

    Of course. Your dog is as much a member of the family as any human, so we’ve done our best to make the properties suitable for both human and doggie guests. There’s a doggie treat welcoming them at every property. There is a water bowl and spare poo bags available too. We do ask that you bring your dog's bed or cage and keep them off the furniture.

    What about internet access and phones?

    All of our properties now have Wi-fi available, so you can stay connected while you're here. Just bring your devices and log on to the Wi-fi with your Facebook account. If you don't have a Facebook account, please register for one before your arrival. Most of the properties have a good fibre connection, but we can't be responsible for the availability of the service.

    What public transport is there?

    Coastline & CoastHopper, Looking to explore the North Norfolk coast? The Coastliner 36 route runs from King's Lynn to Wells and connects with the CoastHopper Service that runs from Wells to Cromer every hour both ways, 7 days a week. This service is a great way to see everything this coastline has to offer!
